I. PURPOSE
The SCF Neurodegenerative Encephalopathy Biomarker Panel is designed to:
- Establish neurodegenerative encephalopathy diagnostic support
- Quantify progressive connectomic collapse
- Differentiate major neurodegenerative subtypes
- Predict cognitive, autonomic, motor, and behavioral decline
- Enable precision acupuncture treatment planning
- Monitor disease progression longitudinally
- Support FDA-aligned translational endpoint development
- Forecast resilience versus degeneration trajectories
