The content made available herein consists of exploratory, nonclinical, and hypothesis-generating research material generated with the assistance of an artificial intelligence–based analytical system developed by the author and designated as the SCF R&D Expert.
The system was architected to conceptually align with elements of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration New Drug Development and Approval framework. However, the content does not constitute regulatory submissions, clinical data, nonclinical study reports, or evidence of safety or efficacy.
All outputs are simulated, inferential, and analytical in nature.
3. Data Sources and Methodology

4. License Grant
Subject to compliance with these Terms, the author grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the content solely for the following purposes:

No ownership rights are transferred under this license.
5. Prohibited Uses
The User expressly agrees not to:
