SCF Microenvironment Report (MES)
PROJECT HELIX-HTT | Huntington’s-Adjacent Neuro-Oncology Vaccine Program
DOCUMENT CONTROL HEADER
Program Code: SCF-ARGEN-HTT-NO-01
Workflow Stage: Discovery Phase
Deliverable: Core Deliverable #6
Document Code: SCF-MES-NO-0001
Purpose: Characterize the tumor microenvironment, immune accessibility, redox-hypoxia landscape, neuroimmune state, and vaccine permissibility using SCF and RHENOVA frameworks.
1. PURPOSE OF THE SCF MICROENVIRONMENT REPORT
Most cancer vaccine programs fail because they focus exclusively on the antigen while ignoring the environment in which the immune response must operate.
The SCF Microenvironment Report answers:
- Can immune cells physically reach the tumor?
- Can the tumor present antigens effectively?
- Is the tumor suppressing immune activation?
- Does the neuroimmune environment permit safe immune stimulation?
- Is the terrain favorable for vaccine success?
