The SCF AEIC Target Priority Matrix ranks gene targets according to their therapeutic leverage within the AEIC multi-omic failure architecture.
Targets are evaluated using the SCF prioritization engine combining:
- Pathway Centrality Index (PCI) – network control power
- Drugability Index (DI) – availability of targetable pockets or existing pharmacology
- Fault Tier Impact Score (FTIS) – ability to reverse core AEIC collapse domains
